Teen Influencer Sues ‘Looksmaxxing’ Streamer Clavicular for Battery, Fraud

A Miami-Dade lawsuit filed Tuesday accuses social media personality Clavicular — real name Braden Eric Peters — of battery, fraud, and emotional distress against a teen influencer.

The plaintiff, Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, known online as Alorah Ziva, alleges that in 2025, when she was 16, Peters paid her $1,000 to create videos and positioned her as the “female face for looksmaxxing.”

The suit claims Peters later paid for her transportation to his parents’ Cape Cod home, served her alcohol until she was heavily intoxicated, and had sex with her while she was unable to consent.

Months later, according to the lawsuit, Peters drove Mendoza and friends to Delray Beach in his Cybertruck. During a subsequent livestream, he allegedly injected her cheeks multiple times with Aqualyx — a fat-dissolving compound not FDA-approved for injectable use — without a medical license, while implying methamphetamine had been added to the mixture.

The suit also claims Peters repeatedly paid bouncers to admit the underage Mendoza to bars and purchased alcohol for her on multiple occasions.

When Mendoza landed a $15,000-per-month social media sponsorship in early 2026, Peters allegedly launched a campaign to discredit her, costing her the contract. She is now 18 and seeking damages exceeding $50,000.

Peters’ attorney denied the allegations, stating his client “will respond through the appropriate legal channels.”
