There are many ways to learn about and experience the history and culture of Boca Raton. One way is to visit the Boca Raton Historical Society and Museum, where you can see exhibits on the town’s history and culture, as well as take part in educational programs.

The Boca Raton Historical Society and Museum is a charitable organization that gathers and protects historical objects from Boca Raton. The mission of the organization is to advocate and educate the public about the city’s history. The society also works to promote an understanding and appreciation of the historical significance of the city’s culture and heritage.

In order to carry out its mission, the society provides exhibits, talks, courses, tours of historical sites, and educational programs. By doing so, they aim to educate the public about the past and work to preserve important historical sites.

The Florida Historical Society offers a variety of interactive educational programs and services to schools, instructors, and kids to aid in teaching students about Florida’s history. These programs and services include tours of historic sites, educational presentations, lesson plans, curriculum materials, and much more. All of these resources are designed to help make learning about Florida’s rich history fun and engaging for everyone involved.

The historical society is housed in Boca Raton’s Historic Town Hall. The building is easily recognizable by its striking, gleaming gold dome. They offer visitors a fascinating glimpse into the past and present of the city of Boca Raton, as well as interactive opportunities to learn more about science and history.

The community makes the library of gathered artifacts, newspapers, photos, diaries, research papers, and informational books available for use in education and research. This library provides a valuable source of information for educational institutions and researchers alike.

The Boca Raton Historical Museum is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Visitors are welcome to come and learn about the history of the city of Boca Raton and see the exhibits we have on display.

In addition to managing the Boca Express Train Museum, the association is also responsible for the Florida East Coast Railway Station. The station has been renamed the Count de Hoernle Pavilion and is open to the public for historical excursions.
