The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is investigating antisemitic and racist graffiti discovered outside a medical plaza in West Boca Raton.

Deputies responded to the Florida Cancer Specialists building along State Road 7 after an employee reported a swastika and racial slurs painted on the parking lot pavement. Authorities believe the vandalism occurred between Saturday evening and early Sunday morning.

A paintbrush and empty paint can were recovered, but no usable fingerprints were found. Damage is estimated at $500, and the property manager intends to pursue charges.

Employees at DermPartners – West Boca Raton said the symbols left them shaken. Dr. Robert Topper described the graffiti as “horror,” noting South Florida’s diverse community. Staff members said the act felt deliberate and deeply upsetting.

Security footage is being reviewed, though investigators currently have no active leads. The graffiti has since been removed, and businesses in the plaza are increasing security measures.

Authorities urge anyone with information to contact PBSO or Crime Stoppers.
