The historical society is housed in Boca Raton’s Historic Town Hall. The building is easily recognizable by its striking, gleaming gold dome. The Boca Raton Historical Museum is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Visitors are welcome to come and learn about the history of the city of Boca Raton and see the exhibits we have on display.
In addition to managing the Boca Express Train Museum, the association is also responsible for the Florida East Coast Railway Station. The station has been renamed the Count de Hoernle Pavilion and is open to the public for historical excursions.
