A Palm Beach County woman has filed a lawsuit against Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, claiming a dangerous walkway caused a severe fall at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Denise Dunn alleges she tripped over a raised paver while visiting the park in April 2022, suffering permanent injuries. The lawsuit claims Disney failed to properly maintain the walkway or warn guests of the hazard.
Dunn says the fall resulted in lasting physical pain, emotional distress, and diminished quality of life, with ongoing medical treatment expected. She is seeking damages exceeding the court’s minimum jurisdictional threshold and has requested a jury trial.
Disney has not yet responded to the lawsuit.
