Café 95 is a top-notch kosher café and catering facility which draws many people for lunch every weekday, as well as filling numerous catering jobs each week (both on and off the Federation campus). Café 95 is open to the public from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Every Thursday is the famous salmon day! If you are visiting the Federation campus, let them know where you are going at the guardhouse.

Café 95 is run by Sylvia Belolo, JARC FL food services director and mashgiach (“kosher food supervisor”). Belolo was trained at the Culinary Institute of France and ran three of her own restaurants before coming to JARC more than 12 years ago. Belolo has taught the JARC clients how to prepare a wide array of international delights including Israeli salad, Moroccan chicken, Indian curry and falafel. Café 95’s mouthwatering desserts are legendary, including biscotti, French pastries and Belolo’s famous cheesecake.

In addition, Café 95 provides more than 300 meals a week to the “Meals on Wheels” program of Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services, among other outside customers.
